Officers and the Board of Directors are elected by Club members to govern the business of the Kiwanis Club of Oakmont and the Kiwanis Club of Oakmont Foundation. All contributions and charitable giving are handled through the Foundation which is a 501c(3) corporation, tax id 27-3081078.
